No, we do not sell alcohol. All alcohol and beverages are to be provided by the event organiser, venue, catering company or third party supplier. Strictly BYO Alcohol but we are happy to supply any or all of the ingredients you will need for the event.

We will send you a custom shopping list based on the amount of guest attending. so these no guessing games.

We serve bottled beer and cider, wine, champagne, soft-drinks, water, cocktails. We can also help you with your menu development, and determining the perfect amount to have available.

Certainly. We can offer tea and coffee service at your event for an additional fee ( quote can be offered on request ).

Quote valid for 14 days. Quotes are subject to change unless a $200 deposit is paid upon booking confirmation.

We recommend the following:

  • Up to 50 guests – 1 bartender
  • 75-120 guests – 2 bartenders
  • 150 + guests – 3 or more bartenders
  • 1 cocktail server for every 50 guests

We accept cash and Bank deposit only. Payment should be made in full prior to the start of the event.

 

In the regrettable circumstances that a host cancels a booking, please note that 50% of your deposit will be refunded if cancelled 4 weeks prior to your reservation. No refund will be provided after 2 week prior.

We can pop-up anywhere, anytime. However, for bookings in a venue other than a private property, clients are responsible for providing confirmations and permission.

Access to power (if not, we do have a generator we can bring along with us at an additional $200.00) We will provide you with a list of items we will need for the event anything you may not have we can supply for Hire.

Yes! – $10m public liability for your peace of mind.

The hire period is as per the dates agreed upon between Us and you (the Hirer).

Most of Our bars are collapsible, lightweight and portable. Our expert production team will deliver and install your mobile bar into ANY event area!

We provide a price for glassware hire once we confirm what will be served we out source our glassware.

We charge cost price plus 10% for our glasses and boxes. That ranges from $5.50 to $12.00 per glass.

Standard dress code is black pants and black shirt.

We prefer 3-5 weeks prior to your desired date to allow ample time to prepare and order additional supplies, as needed. However, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

All of our bar staff have their current RSA, and will be serving alcohol responsibly. We reserves the right to refuse service if we feel a guest has had too much to drink. However, the host is ultimately responsible for their guests and their actions.

For events based in Sydney with in a 15km radius to Parramatta there are no additional fee, We service all of Sydney metro, If you are outside of the metro zone, feel free to contact us to get a quote.

A $200 deposit is paid upon booking confirmation.
Deposits can be made via cash or Direct Deposit.
